Member of the Month - July
Congratulations to our July Member of the Month - Stacey.
Stacey has proved to all of us that New Year’s resolutions aren’t just for January! Six months on from resolving to shed some pounds, Stacey has shown, with flying colours, just what’s possible when you set your mind to something. Her drive and energy are inspirational. She tells us, she’s still working hard to achieve her fitness goals. If what she has achieved so far is anything to go by, we don’t doubt for one minute she’ll get there!
Here's what Stacey has to say
"Since I began my weight loss journey in January I've now lost three stone in total and I couldn't feel happier and more confident in myself. I've achieved this by training in the gym, attending group classes and undertaking continuously challenging PT sessions with Dylan. I one hundred percent couldn't have accomplished my goals without him! Having a professional motivating and guiding me really makes all the difference as I had all the motivation but no idea what to do. I'm not yet where I would like to be but my progress will not lose momentum. I never thought I'd reach the goals that I have and have fun while doing it! No quick fix just hard work and determination!"
