Member of the Month - January
Congratulations to our January Member of the Month - Robert Bellin
I joined SWEAT! just before Christmas last year. Having never been the fittest person, I decided 2017 was the year I was going to improve. So far I’ve lost over 2 stone, and have seen significant improvements in my health, fitness levels, sleep, and general wellbeing.
I decided to work out with a PT, so the hour I spend in the gym is as effective and efficient as possible. It also helps me maintain consistency in the number and intensity of my workouts – consistency is key to progress! I take advantage of the HIIT classes now and again, a good, fun way to add a little bit of extra cardio!
I chose Luke as my PT, and can’t praise him highly enough. He makes each session interesting, fun and challenging. I just have to show up! SWEAT is a great place to train. There’s everything you could need equipment-wise, a plethora of classes and friendly, helpful staff always available.
